The hillside house is located at a quiet, sunny spot 8km south of the provincial capital of Bolzano. Italy, surrounded by its own private fruit orchard at the foot of the nearby Braitenberg.
The area is an ideal (Leifers 258m above the sea level) starting point for hiking tours, excursions and sports activities and offers holiday enjoyment the whole year round.
You'll be captivazted by the beauty of nature from Spring to late Autumn and you can witness harvest time activities directly on our farmyard. We are avaiable andy time should you require further information.
